
Mango Pudding
Method
- In a deep pot, heat up the milk and sugar, then add the starch after a few minutes.
- Stir for 2 minutes then add the mango concentrate to the mix.
- As soon as the mixture starts boiling, take it off the stove.
- Pour the mixture into dessert bowls or cups and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve cold and garnish with mango pieces

2 cups milk
2 tsp sugar
2 ½ tbsp starch
½ cup Vitrac Mango Concentrate
Mango cubes for decoration
