Mango Pudding

Method

  1. In a deep pot, heat up the milk and sugar, then add the starch after a few minutes.
  2. Stir for 2 minutes then add the mango concentrate to the mix.
  3. As soon as the mixture starts boiling, take it off the stove.
  4. Pour the mixture into dessert bowls or cups and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve cold and garnish with mango pieces

½ cup Vitrac Mango Concentrate

Mango cubes for decoration
