Strawberry Pasta Flora
Method
- In a blender, put the eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and sugar. Blend till smooth.
- In a mixture bowl,put theoil, flour and baking powder, then add the blended mixture and whisk properly.
- Pour the dough in a baking pan.
- Spread the jam on top.
- Decorate the same dough in the form of divided segments.
- Place in the oven.
