Strawberry Creme Brulee

Method

  • Heat up in a deep pot the whipped cream, vanilla, sugar, egg yolks and corn flour together
  • As soon as the mixture boils, remove from stove, add the fresh cream to it and blend
  • Put the strawberry slices in small dessert bowls and pour the mix on them
  • Garnish with whipped cream then pour  the strawberry syrup to cover the surface of each bowl
  • Place in refrigerator 2 hours before serving

Ingredients

  • 380 whipped cream
  • 170g fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. corn flour
  • Strawberry slices for garnish
  • ½ cup Vitrac strawberry syrup
