Strawberry Creme Brulee
Method
- Heat up in a deep pot the whipped cream, vanilla, sugar, egg yolks and corn flour together
- As soon as the mixture boils, remove from stove, add the fresh cream to it and blend
- Put the strawberry slices in small dessert bowls and pour the mix on them
- Garnish with whipped cream then pour the strawberry syrup to cover the surface of each bowl
- Place in refrigerator 2 hours before serving

- 380 whipped cream
- 170g fresh cream
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp. corn flour
- Strawberry slices for garnish
- ½ cup Vitrac strawberry syrup
