
Orange Cake
Method
- Heat oven at 180°C.
- Mask the pan with butter and flour.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt.
- In a blender, put the butter with sugar, eggs, orange peel and orange jam, and blend well.
- Add the mixture in the blender to that in the bowl and whisk properly.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Place in oven for 35 minutes.

3 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
1 tbsp Vitrac Orange Jam
¼ tsp orange peel
