Introducing meat

After six months you can add pureed vegetables and meat, which is rich in proteins and provides a large amount of essential amino acids that the body needs and can only be obtained from food.

Here's how to introduce it:
-To begin with, the finely ground purees, whether home or ready-made should be offered. The latter contain very fragmented meat which is easily digested in the right proportions.
-If purees are home-made, you should consider incorporating a moderate amount of meat.
-we usually start with chicken, being easily shredded, and continue with beef, turkey or lamb.

N.B.
-The meat is high in protein and provides a great amount of essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own.
-It contains minerals, especially potassium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, vitamin B complex, and provides very important substances, such as carnitine.
