The ideal room

Blue, pink or any relaxing color you like. The decor is important, but being comfortable is the priority. Note that you both will spend many hours in it.

Until your baby is about six months, especially if you've decided to breastfeed, you will be more comfortable having the crib in your room.

To ease things further, manufacturers have designed cribs for breastfeeding, which can be attached to your bed, with no barrier on its sides.

Some tips:

The ideal is to be a quiet stay with enough natural light. If you paint with light and cheerful tones and hang colorful children's drawings, it will be relaxing and cheerful.

The room should remain at a stable moderate temperature.

Humidity is also important. Try to keep some moisture, especially if no heating or air conditioning in the bedroom. Get yourself a good humidifier to indicate the degree that reaches the room as excess moisture can be as damaging.

If your house is very warm, then better to install an air conditioner in your room or near. You just have to be careful that the jet of cold air does not fall directly on your baby. To avoid problems, another option is to switch it cool mode, when baby is not present

Ventilate the room daily.

During your baby’s first year, the airways are particularly sensitive and any irritation can alter his/her breathing, try not to lift too much dust.

Do not let anyone smoke in your room and pets should not be allowed to enter.

Your child must be adapted to the typical house noises. No need to keep the whole house dark and completely silent if you sleep during the day.
